Please review the policies and procedures. 

bulletNO OUTSIDE food or drinks are allowed in the facility.  Exceptions are made for medical reasons, special dietary restrictions or baby food.
bulletNO COOLERS permitted in the facility.
bulletNO smoking within the facility.
bulletNO running and NO horseplay.
bulletAnimals are not permitted with the exception of trained guide dogs or service animals.  
bulletNO unattended children. Music Hall staff strive to provide a safe environment, but cannot watch, keep track of, or otherwise be responsible for individual minors who are present in the facility. Music Hall staff does not assume any custodial responsibility. The  responsibility remains with the children’s parents, who must ensure that their children have adult supervision at all times.
bulletPackard Music Hall is not responsible for lost or stolen articles.  We suggest leaving valuables at home or with a responsible adult.
bulletNO storage areas at the Music Hall for costumes, props, scenery, etc.  All deliveries and pick-ups must take place on the day of the event.
bulletIf you are in need of medical attention please notify Music Hall Staff.  The staff is trained to call for immediate response and assistance in emergency situations.

 


For those dance schools and families who feel that they need to bring food to the dance competition, we suggest that you assist the schools with contacting each other to see if they want to get together and rent the Packard Park Shelter House, which is $225 a day ($175 plus a $50 refundable fee if cleaned and undamaged). This building is a glassed enclosed shelter w/ heat, restrooms, and tables & chairs and makes a great picnic and break area.
This shelter is a quick and easy walk to the Music Hall; however dates go quickly and reservations should be made ASAP by calling the City of Warren Operations Department at 330-841-2641.
