2008 SPECIAL EVENTS BAR PACKAGES

#1      CASH BAR:        

A cash bar allows each guest to purchase a variety of alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks on an individual basis at current prices. Includes ice, stocked bar(s), disposable glassware, assorted mixers & garnishes.

Fee: bartenders at $10/hr. each + PMH allows its bartenders tip jars.

#2      OPEN BAR:

PMH takes care of everything with quality liquor, wines, and beer and includes the following from our in-house stock:

·        Bartenders

·        Wine

·        Whiskey

·        Bourbon

·        Rum

·        Scotch

·        Vodka

·        Gin

·        Soft Drinks/mix (variety)

·        Juices (OJ, cranberry)

·        Regular & lite beer

·        Bottled water (when “water service” is provided by caterer)

·        Ice, portable bar(s), disposable glassware, assorted mixers & garnishes, napkins, and bartenders. Number of bartenders at manager’s discretion.

Fee: $10.00 per person. The client may supplement House stock package with special requests w/ cost of additional alcohol added to final bill.

#3      BUILD YOUR OWN BAR - by the bottle: (Open Bar)

          This option allows you to tailor order your stock by brand & quantity.

·        Includes ice, portable bar(s), disposable glassware, assorted mixers & garnishes, napkins, and one bartender. Additional bartenders available at $10/hr. Fee:  $3.00 per person PLUS retail cost of alcohol. Bar stock limited to what you order.

* PMH purchases are limited to what its suppliers can locate.

BAR PACKAGE GUIDELINES:

·        We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, certified check, or Cash for bar payments. All estimated costs/balances must be pre-paid nlt 30 days in advance of event.

·        A 750ml bottle = 17 shots or 5 glasses of wine or champagne.

·        For each guest, plan on two drinks or glasses of wine per hour. For non-drinkers, figure three to four cups of cola per hour.

·        Plan on a least three bottles of mix for every bottle of spirits plus extra for non-drinkers and at least one pound of ice per person.

·        Recommended bartender ratio is approximately 1 per 150 guests.

·        PMH bars are based on typical “well” drinks. Specialty drinks such as ice cream drinks and cordials are not included in bar packages. Special requests may be worked out and priced separately, or in addition to, standard packages.

·        ALL options are based on a 4 1/2 hours (or less) time-frame. Bar closes nlt thirty minutes prior to scheduled end of rental period.

·        Bartenders are required by State law to check I.D. and can only serve guests who are 21 years of age and older.

·        PMH does not sell shots of alcohol or pitchers of beer; shots for wedding reception bridal dances (only) may be permitted.

·        The PMH is a permitted facility via the State of Ohio Department of Commerce. NO alcohol is allowed unless provided by Packard Music Hall . Absolutely no BYOB is allowed.

·        Special bar packages should be ordered through Packard Music Hall thirty to sixty days prior to the function’s date.

·        PMH does not provide real glassware (only plastic); if you desire glassware, please have your caterer rent glasses for your event.
