BASIC RENTAL INFORMATION:

Rental fees are based on five hours (or less) for events; The five hours are  broken down into: 1 hour for doors, three hours or less for show, and 1 hour out to clear the building.  

The City of Warren requires that all users of the Packard Music Hall provide a  Certificate of Insurance: commercial general liability coverage for businesses and organizations; a homeowners policy is acceptable for wedding receptions and other private family functions.

A deposit is required at the time of contract signing.  The remaining balances of base rents/estimates  must be paid in advance at least thirty days prior to event.  Any additional balances, over-time charges, etc. must be paid at intermission or after the event, depending on circumstances.

BANQUET/WEDDING RECEPTION RENTAL INFORMATION:

Rent is based on a five hour rental and generally can basically be anytime during the day, as long as guests are out of the building no later than midnight (latest start time would be 7 p.m.).  Please call for a price quote.  No extra charges for food prep or decorating prior to the event if done the same day as the event.  $50 per hour if prep or decorating prior to the day of the event.

Capacity: maximum 630 people at straight tables (no dance floor); or maximum 480 people at round tables (no dance floor).  You can have an adequate dance floor and still seat around 440 people comfortably.

Catering: All catered functions require a licensed caterer and must be approved by Hall management. Caterers familiar with the building include, Aulizio's, Saratoga, Caesars, and Imperial.

Certificate of Insurance is required.  Most homeowners policies will extend coverage for wedding receptions. This helps to protect you, your guests and the Hall.

Bar must close at least 30 minutes prior to the end of the reception/banquet.  All alcohol/bar services provided in house by Packard Music Hall. Cash bar, wedding and "by the bottle" packages are available.  Contact Management about bar packages/prices. 

Security: a minimum of one Warren Auxiliary Police officer or off-duty Warren Police officer is required and is at additional cost.

Stagehands: If you choose to use the stage, stagehands are required at additional cost.

Packard Music Hall is a smoke free facility.
